Abbezia di Vallombrosa Florence (FI)
The pictorial circle dedicated to San Giovanni Gualberto’s life, patron of the Corpo Forestale (forest corp), deserves a distinguishing mention for the Abbey Vallombrosa's cloister.
The work consisted in realizing 22 "lunette" by using the technique of “tempera grassa” which committed the artist over a long lasting period and until today only 18 of them have been achieved.
